Cheng Tan graduated in law from the University of Leicester. After completing a Masters in Law from Kings College, London, Cheng began her career in trade marks in 1998. Cheng's extensive experience includes advising on UK and Community trade mark law and practice; managing worldwide trade mark portfolios; assisting clients through complex trade mark disputes; handling of opposition, revocation and invalidity proceedings; negotiation for and acquisition of trade marks and associated rights; searching and clearance; recordal of registrable transactions and providing assistance on corporate transactions.
